Are you Fit for Life?

Looking for a little gentle exercise routine each week?

Would you like to make some new friends?

We are looking for more of our over-60 friends to join our group which recently started that will help you to get Fit for Life.

Val, our fully qualified exercise teacher will take you through a series of gentle exercise routines designed to help you feel better and fitter! And after your exercising you will be able to have free refreshments and get to chat more with the others in your group.

If you are interested in joining the group at 10am on a Tuesday morning, then please contact us or speak to any of the members at The Way.
