Are you fit for life? Would you like to make some new friends?
Come and join us in The Way for a gentle but purposeful exercise class for anyone aged over 60. Val, our fully qualified exercise teacher will take you through a series of gentle exercise routines designed to help you feel better and fitter! We start at 10am with exercises on chairs which aim to mobilise joints and strengthen muscles, then we move around and learn an exercise routine, finishing with cooling down stretches; all done to easy listening music.
The class lasts for approx. 1 hour followed by a welcome sit down for a cup of tea or coffee and good friendly conversation with the other members of the group.
Although designed for 60+ agegroup if you are younger but think this would be just what you need then please feel free to come along.
